Due to continued growth & promotion they are looking for a plant mgr to lead one of their growing facilities outside of St. Louis.

Reports to: Director of MFR.
Facilities:  ~1 hour west St. Louis (100 headcount).
Direct Reports: Production Managers, Maintenance Manager, Receiving/shipping.

Target Candidate:

• Prior food industry plant operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• USDA experience.
