We’re supporting a long-time client with a key leadership search in the food manufacturing sector offering an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Maintenance Manager about 10 minutes south of Kenosha, WI.

This hands-on leadership role oversees all maintenance operations including, driving uptime, preventive maintenance, inventory control, and departmental KPIs. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical knowledge, food manufacturing experience, and a leadership style that’s both coaching-oriented and execution-driven. Bakery experience will be beneficial for anyone considering this position.
