Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a client to identify a Plant Manager for a large-scale protein manufacturing operation.

Reports To: VP of Operations

Facility: ~650 employees across multiple shifts

Location: Approximately 1 hour Northeast of Birmingham, AL

Compensation: Base salary <$140K + bonus + employee ownership program

Target Candidate:

• Demonstrated plant operations leadership experience
• Protein manufacturing experience required; poultry experience strongly preferred
• P&L management responsibility
• Track record of improving safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
