Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing specialty food manufacturer to identify a hands-on Production Manager near Port Saint Lucie.

This individual will serve as the senior day-to-day production leader working closely with ownership to strengthen execution, develop the team and build the operating structure needed to support several exciting new customer programs and continued growth.

Key Role Information

• Reports to ownership
• ~40 person facility. 40K sq. feet
• Currently running 1 shift, 5 days a week
