We are supporting a repeat client seeking multiple Production Supervisors to support high-volume production due to growth. This is a great opportunity for supervisors looking to grow in a high-volume environment. Location of the facility is toward Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Openings:

• 3rd Shift (8-hour): 8pm – 6am
• 1st Shift Packaging (12-hour): 7am – 7pm
• 2nd Shift Packaging (12-hour): 7pm – 7am (training on 1st shift)

Responsibilities:

• Lead production teams and drive shift performance
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, line setup, and downtime reduction
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing (baking preferred)

Additional:

• Salary range: $75K – $80K
