Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a growing nutrition manufacturer to identify a Plant Engineer. This is a newly created role driven by expansion, new product commercialization, and upcoming capital projects. This position will lead process optimization, equipment improvements, and capital project execution while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive performance and efficiency.

Location: ~ 2 hours west of Minneapolis.
Facility: ~75 ee’s, 24/7 plant.

• Capital projects (scope, budget, timelines, execution)

• Process and equipment optimization

• New product commercialization and plant trials

• Packaging projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Yield, waste, and cost reduction efforts
